In particular, our site visitors ask where they can obtain medications that alone make their life worth living, but which their physician denies them owing to our prohibitionist drug laws. Some, but not all, of the pharmacies listed here may be of uncertain reliability. In a more enlightened age - and in a free society - none of them will be necessary.
